Membership & Accounts
You can become a NYEAA member by visiting our Membership page and completing the online registration form. Membership options include individual, family, and student plans. All members receive access to exclusive events, training programs, and community benefits.
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. If you don't receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.
Yes! You can upgrade your membership at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Membership section. Any price difference will be prorated based on your remaining membership period.
Events & Races
Race registration is available through our website. Visit the "Races & Events" section, select your desired race, and complete the registration form. Members receive early registration access and discounted rates.
Race registrations are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person for the same event up to 7 days before race day. In case of event cancellation, we offer registration transfers to future events or full refunds.
Race results are typically available on our website within 24 hours of event completion. Visit the "Results" section and search by event name, your bib number, or last name. You can also download official timing certificates.
Youth Programs
Our youth programs serve children and teenagers aged 6-18. We offer age-appropriate training programs, with separate groups for 6-10, 11-14, and 15-18 year olds. All programs are supervised by certified coaches.
Yes! We offer need-based scholarships for youth athletes. Applications are reviewed quarterly, and partial to full scholarships are available. Visit our Youth Programs page for application details and deadlines.
All coaches are background-checked and certified in CPR/First Aid. We maintain appropriate coach-to-athlete ratios, require parent/guardian consent forms, and have emergency protocols in place at all training sessions and events.
Donations & Support
Yes! NYEAA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a tax receipt via email immediately after your donation, and we also mail annual giving statements in January.
85% of all donations directly support our programs, including youth scholarships, community events, and equipment. 15% supports operational costs. Detailed financial reports are available in our annual report on the About page.
Absolutely! We offer tribute donations in memory or in honor of someone. During the donation process, select "In honor of" or "In memory of" and include the honoree's information. We'll send them or their family a notification of your thoughtful gift.
